Have you ever found a single bug in Islam?

Here comes the troll...

If it makes you feel better to call me names, feel free.

The fact of the matter is that the OP is not the least bit interested in anything other than his ability to explain away any "bugs" that are presented to him.

Now if you are content with circular reasoning being the common sense you prefer, by all means carry on.

I am a curious here about this then, although your saying its not in there which I have no reason to doubt. But how does the below fit in then?

However, how does this fit in?

With this said, let us look at what Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said about Prophet Adam, peace be upon him:

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Allah created Adam, making him 60 cubits tall. When He created him, He said to him, "Go and greet that group of angels, and listen to their reply, for it will be your greeting (salutation) and the greeting (salutations of your offspring." So, Adam said (to the angels), As-Salamu Alaikum (i.e. Peace be upon you). The angels said, "As-salamu Alaika wa Rahmatu-l-lahi" (i.e. Peace and Allah's Mercy be upon you). Thus the angels added to Adam's salutation the expression, 'Wa Rahmatu-l-lahi,' Any person who will enter Paradise will resemble Adam (in appearance and figure). People have been decreasing in stature since Adam's creation. (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 543)"

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The first group of people who will enter Paradise, will be glittering like the full moon and those who will follow them, will glitter like the most brilliant star in the sky. They will not urinate, relieve nature, spit, or have any nasal secretions. Their combs will be of gold, and their sweat will smell like musk. The aloes-wood will be used in their centers. Their wives will be houris. All of them will look alike and will resemble their father Adam (in statute), sixty cubits tall." (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 55, Number 544)"

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: "The first group of my Ummah to get into Paradise would be like a full moon in the night. Then those who would be next to them; they would be like the most significantly glittering stars in regard to brightness, then after them (others) in ranks. They would neither void excrement, nor pass water, nor suffer from catarrh, nor would they spit. And their combs would be made of gold, and the fuel of their braziers would be aloes and their sweat would be musk and their form would be the form of one single person according to the length of their father sixty cubits tall. This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Ibn Abi Shaiba with a slight variation of wording. (Translation of Sahih Muslim, Book 040, Number 6796)"

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: "Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, created Adam in His own image with His length of sixty cubits, and as He created him He told him to greet that group, and that was a party of angels sitting there, and listen to the response that they give him, for it would form his greeting and that of his offspring. He then went away and said: Peace be upon you! They (the angels) said: May there be peace upon you and the Mercy of Allah, and they made an addition of" Mercy of Allah". So he who would get into Paradise would get in the form of Adam, his length being sixty cubits, then the people who followed him continued to diminish in size up to this day. (Translation of Sahih Muslim, Book 040, Number 6809)"

Islam is the TRUTH: Was Adam 90 feet (60 cubits) tall?

You may accuse me of cherry picking but i swear calculations was done by logic and the numbers i got were amazing,you can think of it as a wondrous coincidence.

What amazed me that such information wasn't claimed by Muslims but by the Christians and Jews as well,even though it is hard for me to believe that humans
were that tall. :eek:

Let's use math.

The born child nowadays is around one cubit, let's say BCN = 1 cubit
The born child will grow till reaching around 4 cubits at age 18,so
let's say maximum human length MHL = 4 cubits
Now assuming that Adam (A) was indeed 60 cubits then lets calculate
how tall Baby Adam (BA) was

BCN = MHL
BA = A

By calculation we got the unknown which is Baby Adam (BA) = 15 cubits,
so now we know that Adam should be 15 cubits as a baby.

Now let's calculate for how many years Adam had to grow,we know that we grow nowadays till around age 18,so let's say Human Maximum Length (HML) = 18 years
By knowing that the Average Human living (HAL) is around 80 years and Adam Average Living (AAL) = 1000 years,we can find at what age was Adam Maximum Length (AML).

HML = HAL
AML = AAL

So by calculation we know that Adam will grow till age 225.

We know that human grow to around 4 cubits till around age 18,so we
can find how much Adam will grow till age 225

4 = 18 years
X = 225 years

So by proportions we got X = 50 cubits

So Adam should be around 65 cubits and which is 15(Baby Adam) + 50 = 65 cubits

So it is very close to the 60 cubits,but my question is :

Should we grow for ever in order to live for eternity. :shrug:

I will be back to this, but first a "baby Adam", I have never ever heard of that, but there are way more problems then that with Adam being 90 feet tall, including gravity.

Have you ever found a single bug in Islam?
You are like a guy in a technology fare standing with a manual next to a commodore, preaching and begging us to fix your bugs while the rest of us debate whether Windows 8.1 has solved the sins of Windows 8.
It's the hardware baby. You're running on a hardware so antique that non of the current software run on it.

Well I didn't want to be offensive. For some the truth sets them free... Others can go mad by it. You have to entertain some illusions with certain people, less you'll find them the next day using your technology to argue with you on line on how super-scientific their religion is.
Oh. Wait. :facepalm:

Trying to shoehorn anthropological literature into science strips away the value of the former in studying its culture and the rigor of the latter. It's just a surefire way to miss the point of both and benefit from neither.

I know it while in the kinder school,no problem with spelling but fare has far a different meaning than fair.

Since this tangent about grammar and spelling doesn't really contribute anything of value to the discussion, would you mind responding to the earlier posts that raised concerns about the concept of eternal punishment? I'm rather curious to see your response to those.

I think it is a tactic to fear humans from doing bad deeds.

The same as we may do with our children,such as don't play with the electric wire otherwise i'll burn your fingers,so me being serious doesn't mean that i'll really do burn his fingers.

The right question is do you believe in God or not,if not then why to worry about punishment.

The majority of Islamic scholars agree that the Qur'anic verses about Hell describe a literal state of physical punishment, though, and that's also the belief of most mainstream Muslims.

And even if we assume that they aren't meant to be taken literally (merely for the sake of argument), your explanation that they're just a tactic to deter people from doing certain things seems to rely pretty heavily on anthropomorphism. Do you really think an omniscient and all-powerful deity would need to use the same tactics humans use for deterrence?

I think the main issue here is that concepts and ideologies have very real and tangible effects regardless of whether or not they're accurate, especially when they're held and defended by hundreds of millions of people.

I don't think that anyone who accepted Islam or any other beliefs is due to panic of punishment,but it is what they think of it to be the truth.

Those who don't believe in God has no reason to think of any punishment.

hello guys! I have joined such type of religious community for the first time, and I'm curious about knowing answer for the question "have you ever found any bug in Islam?" if yes, please tell me. I was sort of polytheist before, but now i'm just a Muslim after knowing strong arguments of Muslim scholars.

Edited later: i mean is there any Islamic teaching against humanity? against science? against moral values? any mistake you ever found in Quran?

Not the religion, just some of the people.

It really depends on how it is interpreted and how serious you take each statement.

It is not supposed to be used as a history book or science, nor compared to either.

It is man made so I suspect caution should be used when reading, and there is no reason why anything religious should be error free.
