Just curious if there are any that belueves in full equality and is not strict on such things ad drinking and tattoos

Holy Quran and Holy Prophet s.a.w. have Prohibited Drinking
[5:91] O ye who believe! wine and the game of hazard and idols and divining arrows are only an abomination of Satan’s handiwork. So shun each one of them that you may prosper.
[5:92] Satan desires only to create enmity and hatred among you by means of wine and the game of hazard, and to keep you back from the remembrance of Allah and from Prayer. But will you keep back?
[5:93] And obey Allah and obey the Messenger, and be on your guard. But if you turn away, then know that on Our Messenger lies only the clear conveyance of the Message.

I've heard that some people believe that they can drink if it's after the hours of prayer.
It's just their own interpretation, but it's totally rejected by scholars and Imams.
Concerning tattoos, it's not allowed in Islam but forgiven if it was done before the person converted to Islam or if people didn't know, or didn't really practiced the religion.
My grand-mother used to have tattoos. She was from a village and it was a custom, but she didn't know it was forbidden in Islam.
It's just their own interpretation, but it's totally rejected by scholars and Imams.

Salam Pastek . There is no doubt the drinking is prohibited in Qur'an but I don't find any verse which prohibited tattoos . Please inform me if you know ....

Some Qur'an alone people have very different interpretations from mainstream Islam. I've seen a post once on a forum where a guy was making an argument about being able to drink... But personally I think it's clear that drinks/intoxicants are not allowed.
Personally don't drink, only on special occasions so that people don't moan about it. When I was trying out Islam, I didn't at all though. I had non alcoholic drinks, they're just as good!

There's no Qu'ran verses about tattoos, unless you interpret the verse 119 sourate 4 in that sense.
It's in hadiths, and some say it's because of wudhu other because it changes in a definitive way the body that God gaves us.

Those who believe in Quran alone don't believe in laws not mentioned in Quran. Is drinking allowed? It's referred to as a "tool of the devil" and there is more harm in it than good. So is it bad? Yes. Is it a sin? Not as far as I can see. But it leads to bigger sins. As for tattoos... There's no law from God against it. Go get tatted up if you want. Just don't paint any pagan symbols on your body like I did when I was ignorant (I had the crescent moon and star tattooed on my arm thinning it's a symbol of Islam, only to find out it's a pre-Islamic pagan symbol for Hubal, the moon God).

Muslims for Progressive Values is as group that believes in full equality, however, when it comes to drinking most people in MPV would say drinking is haram. I'm not sure about tattoos.
