It's wrong that people can pass the buck at work when it comes to mistakes just to cover their own butts and possibly cost other people their jobs. Their needs to be better ways to ensure that people are responsible for their own screw ups.

It's wrong to call a base runner out when the replay showed Safe. Fire that umpire and hire the camera man.

Solution: humbly accept reality for what it is.
