According to a LOT of Christians, yes it would mean such. (except for the hate, they would never say they teach to hate people, but just sins. Also for the slavery, but that is problematic for literalists although they dont want to admit it. And flat Earth.)I am a Christian:
Am I supposed to hate certain people?
Am I supposed to agree with slavery?
Am I supposed to believe the earth is flat and only 6,000 years old?
Am I supposed to judge people and tell them they are going to "hell"?
Am I supposed to throw stones at other faiths and such?
And since I do none of those things, does that mean I am a bad Christian?
Now if you were catholic you wouldn't have problems with almost any of those (to say an example)
Most other denominations, yes, you would need to believe all you put above. Specially for any evangelist kind or any that exalt the bible as something that most be read literally.
As for hell, while you don't need to say you know who is going where, MOST christian interpretations at least believe that there are going to be people there, and all that I know believe that the demons will be there suffering for ever too.
