Thanks guys. She's 3 y/o and such a little girly-girl. For a while she was clutching her teddy bear with one hand and a bloody cloth to her lip with the other, leaning against me repeating "I love you mommy". How could that not melt your heart?

My heart is already melting :)

I had some kind of allergic reaction last night. I broke out in hives and my throat tightened up a bit, and some of my fingers swelled up. I took some benadryl and I was OK. Now I have to see my doctor when I get back to California.

Do you know what it was you were allergic to?

Interesting. the same thing happened to me last night. my face became all red and hurt to touch. felt like a severe sunburn. took some benadryl and let the meds do their job.

It's alittle over 60 degrees (F) here today. I think I'm gonna throw on a jacket and go for a walk and enjoy the good side of Indiana weather before it gets cold again. It's forecasted to slowly get colder over the next six days, but the weather is unfortunately very unstable this time of year.

Im surprised it's so warm there. I onced lived there when I was a wee lad, but... that was a long time ago... Anyway, I remember it being at least chilly during the warmer parts of the year. Must be why even now that I live in *good ol' warm muggy NC, I still prefer the cold :D

*By "good ol' warm muggy," I actually mean muggy, hot, sluggish, and depressingly hot

It's been quite nice here in Iowa too. Not that far from Indiana so shouldn't be a surprise. It's been like Spring. Odd for January, but I like it. I'm not much of a snow and cold weather person, so I'm quite liking the 50s and 60s now.

I'm sad. One of my friends, Rhiana, is moving back to Ohio in March.): Now me and my friends Allanis and Morgen have to find another friend to join our group, we're gonna be lost without Rhiana! She was the funny one in the group. We have a funny, Rhiana, 2 singers, me and Morgen, and an actress, Allanis. We need the humor, man.

You could always pull double duty - you have a good sense of humour. :)

... though making new friends is good, too.

The winter here has so far been more of a cold spring than winter. Quite the opposite of last years nasty winter.
