I wonder how an ex terrorist group is going to govern democratically?

Is this a religious thing, or do the people just not know the history?

It seems like some cultures are simply not compatible with freedom and democracy considering they're so eager to simply trade one tyranny for another.

Well, in all fairness, I've never seen anyone do freedom and democracy very well.

Why should anybody be worried about the MB,ok they were allied to Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany,ok they are linked to Hamas but really they just want to give the world a squiggy hug.

The US is in the process of rolling the constitution into toilet paper with some of the new bills making their way through the works.

Through the process of democratic-style republicanism. And the sad thing is, I think Churchill was right when he said democracy is the worst except for all the rest: probably the most accurate description of the system's quality ever made.

Again, in all fairness, Osama Bin Laden was once allied with the US.

to be logical and honest ,this topic politic /religious

acuatly you just said by your self "ex" that mean that era is over , annocely they found out them
selves wrong , don't be affraid it's new generation here , i hope it's will be new generation there , when the western gouverments stop involeted in muslims problems , and kill innocent people by the name of democraty or change the regime or for oil , or fighting terrorist , as afganistan , pakistan or iraq or libya or somalia , palestian or labanon , and syria and iran soon !!!!

killing innocent people make/give the terrorists a reason to continous their crimes by the name of Islam .

for exemple in afganistan , pakistan , and somalia
we have western army killing/bombing innocent, people and islamic groups killing innocent people
both are killing innocent where is the different ?

the same thing at palestin "Gaza" and lebanon
we have israeli army killing/bombing innocent people and islamic groups killing innocent people
both are killing innocent where is the different between them ?

libya and Iraq
we have western army killed innocent and occupate and seige for change dictator regime for oil

accuatly if west did stop involete in muslim countries this issue will never end ,we are against killing innocent people whatever the religion , the problem with the western armies which bombing and occupate innocents in some muslim countries for oil or for any reason .

lets be honest one time , and feel we each other .

Yea, we specifically go in to kill innocents. That's us, the devil in the west.

So was Saddam.

So was Stalin.

Exactly my point. Today's enemy could have been yesterday's friend, and yesterday's enemy could be today's friend.

Now, I'm not defending the MB in any way; I don't know enough about them. I'm just saying a history of hostility does not automatically equal today's enemy.

Actually, didn't the French go through several "revolutions" before finally settling on their current form?
