Have you ever done something that felt good while you were doing it, but afterward you questioned your wisdom for it?

Yes, always do whatever feels good BUT never question as that is not WISE!

Green or black?
So how many grams of sodium did you just consume (should be on the nutrition label)?

Considering the "juice" of olives is usually just brine, I would say you had an "uh oh" amount of salt.I can't tell, the label was damaged becuase it came as a gift taped up to a plate, so when I tore the tape off, it took part of the label with it. Funny though, most of the nutrition guide is still in tact, but the sodium line is part of the small missing section.
Good question. Now I'm so curious. Maybe I can find the brand online and get it there.
No, no luck. I found the company and the specific jar of olives, but they don't list the nutritional value online. That's probably not an indication that they're particularly good for me.
