Just remember that if you keep repeating yourself, sooner or later someone will realize that you are stating the absolute truth.

If you are usually nice, then you can get away with an occasional temper tantrum better than if you throw tantrums all the time.(not serious)
If you want to insult someone, do it generally, so no one will realize that they have been insulted. (This one usually backfires because some people take things as an insult that wasn't even directed at them.)(not serious)
If you are making a little joke then it is a good idea to put a <wink> smiley near it so people will know you are not serious (although, I have found that people will take you seriously, even if you do put the )
And lastly, remember that people will usually treat you the same way you treat them- if you are nice, they, in turn will be nice to you and vice versa. This isn't always true, however, and it is a good idea to keep that in mind.

I have to chuckle every time a secularist jumps on for the first time and writes about 12 paragaphs on how the bible is nothing but a bunch of fairy tales and that it's time for everyone to accept that religion is outdated and nothing but a plague to humainty. It's as though they think they're the first onese to have thought something like that before.
