Tibetan Buddhism. There are four specific schools of learning/studying/practicing Tibetan Buddhism - Sakya, Nyingma, Kagyu, and Geluk. I practice Geluk, and it's most notable distinction is that His Holiness the Dalai Lama is considered it's temporal and spiritual leader.
There is more specific definition at this site: Buddhism - Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition - and it describes what we do much better than I ever could.
MysticSang'ha-I have been lucky enough to have heard His Holiness' lectures three times in person. Every one a great spiritual experience. I even spoke to him at one of those. Very humble man. He has visited here (Bloomington, Indiana University) 13 times in my lifetime. We even have a Tibetan center on campus. So if your ever in Bloomington, Indiana, be sure to stop by the Tibetan center.
Does Druidism have anything to do with communing with nature/spirits?
No offense, my friend, but in the old days we called that "whipped" (if we were polite).Rebeccanism. The belief in my wife. To trust her above others that claim to know my best interests. Like Scott. Who called my wife evil. Just because he is Catholic, and my wife is Wiccan. Here is the fun part. my wife loves nature. Does not mock other religions that are different then hers. Loves everybody, no matter what they believe in... As what Christ taught...But wait.... Christan's in this forum have called her a "Skank" (Because she has tattoos)
I have studied the bible inside and out. Here is what I find so remarkable. The people in this forum that are more "Christlike" are either atheists or beliefs are that of non Christian thinking there are exceptions, such as Scuba Pete, and others..)
MidnightBlue, Paw (where ever you are) Micheal, Sunstone, Majikthise, Mister_T, S2a, just to name a few.., are what I call "True Christians", even thought most would not ever consider themselves to be as such...
I seek a greater understanding of "reality."
Check out M theory.I seek a greater understanding of "reality."

I'm still stuck on those abstractions, personally.
I don't have a name for it, but thanks for sharing your description. I might offer that in my view there is a State of Being beyond the commonly thought of mysticism that dissolves individuality in which Individuality is regained and action here & now is important. How could a person who is One with God not be one with all 'else' and not be so involved? My guess is that you have reached a State of Being in which you are your religion......You tell me. What religion is it? :angel2:
I felt the same way about 5 or 6 years ago. I didn't know what agnosticism mean before that time.autonomous1one1 said:I don't have a name for it, but thanks for sharing your description.
