I saw this thread you made, and I found it relatable because deeply worrying about others' opinions of me was a major issue I had up until a few years ago:

Would you mind if I PMed you? I have a lot of thoughts on that subject, but I'd rather keep some of them to PMs rather than a public thread, since they're on the more personal side.

I like it my squire. I've been considering a 5 string: a friend of mine has one and it was incredibly fun to play!

This was the main reason I ended up going with the Dingwall: its the best sounding low-B string I've ever heard. Many 5 string basses, due to the short scale length, the low-B ends up sounding like a dry fart with no musical note to it, the Dingwall multiscale sounds amazing. First 5-string I've ever owned, and I love it. Anyways, nice talking with you!

Hope you have a good day.
I'm reading 'Pagan Britain' by Ronald Hutton. It's really good, I think you'd like it. Starts with the Palaeolithic Age.

Yes, this was actually one of the first books I read when I was a baby Pagan. This was almost two decades ago now so I don't really remember much of it... lol.
