And the next verse of Quran:
[4:39]And for those who spend their wealth to be seen of men, and believe not in Allah nor the Last Day. And whoso has Satan for his companion, let him remember that an evil companion is he.

Everything in this verse is also for both men and women equally.
By being loving, caring and compassionate one (woman and man) not only spends family life pleasantly but also obeys the commandments of Allah, creating another dimension of one's deeds, and thus pleases God and gets reward from Him in addition.

I have written post #30 in another thread that is relevant here so I repeat it below:

Further to post Post #16, I would like to add the following.
For example we take verse 4:35 which is not understood by many correctly.
Suppose:
the meaning of verse 4:35 = x *
*people differ with its meaning or say its value is unknown.
 • To know its correct meaning we will take the previous verses in the context, say, 4;29 - 4:34, we see all these verses are compassionate with not only near-relatives of the husband and wife but even to the distant relatives of both, and even to neighbours.
 • We also observe the same compassionate behaviour in the context verses that follow the verse " x" or (verse 4:35), that is 4:36-40.
 • The first verse of the chapter 4:1 is very compassionate, and it repeats in Quran, in this sense, every verse should be understood grounded in compassionate sentiments , not otherwise.
 • Husband and wife are not enemies, they are a loving family, so the meaning should be understood within the relative appropriate scope.
 • From this we get the limit within which we could ascertain the correct meaning, value of the verse "x".
Hope, I am able to explain it to friends.

Koran can not be explained in this way
Because the Koran and the legitimacy of the legal materials
Accordingly, the verses of the Koran, which is a legal and legitimate rules cancel and restrict other verses
This is because of legal rules restricting public private
for exampleArticle A of the Penal Code
Rights may not be killed
This is a general provision
And Article F of the same law
But killing in self-defense is not a crime
Here article S is a public base
But Article F is a private base
In the same way we understand the KoranPublic verses and verses own
For this special verses abrogate the verses that provided by the public
Justice among women
It is the general rule
But beating is of special provisions
And also the right of guardianship granted to men
Is a special rule
This concept in the Koran called the burner and copied

And the next verse of Quran:
[4:40]And what harm would have befallen them, if they had believed in Allah and the Last Day and spent out of what Allah has given them? And Allah knows them full well.
Everything in this verse is also for both men and women equally.
By being loving, caring and compassionate one (woman and man) not only spends family life pleasantly but also obeys the commandments of Allah, creating another dimension of one's deeds, and thus pleases God and gets reward from Him in addition.

We get from the Posts #153,Nov 6, #166 , #159, #182, #193,#206,,#213, #230,#238 ,#241,#244 that the preceding verses and the following verses of verse # [4:35] are equal for women and men, for the convenience of my friends I repeat them hereunder:
We discuss verse by verse, the verses in the context as mentioned in post #2

The Holy Quran : Chapter 4: Al-Nisa'النِّسَاء
[4:29]Allah desires to lighten your burden, for man has been created weak.

Here Quran mentions that man (both men and women) has been created weak.
So both has been mentioned equally in the verse.

[4:30] O ye who believe! devour not your property among yourselves by unlawful means, except that you earn by trade with mutual consent. And kill not yourselves. Surely, Allah is Merciful to you.

Women and men have no disparity in believing, the verse is equally valid for both.
[4:31]And whosoever does that by way of transgression and injustice, We shall cast him into Fire; and that is easy with Allah.

Women and men cannot do transgression and injustice with one another, if they do they will suffer the same way, no difference. and it is equitable.
[4:32]If you keep away from the more grievous of the things which are forbidden you, We will remove from you your minor evils and admit you to a place of great honour.

The place of great honour is alike for women and men if they keep away from the more grievous of things which are forbidden, no difference, and it is equitable.
[4:33]And covet* not that whereby Allah has made some of you excel others. Men shall have a share of that which they have earned, and women a share of that which they have earned. And ask Allah of His bounty. Surely, Allah has perfect knowledge of all things.

Both men and women are equally and equitably advised not to covet one another in matters in which by nature or by one's psyche one excels the other. I think there won't be any two opinion in this connection.
[4:34]And to every one We have appointed heirs to what the parents and the relations leave, and also those with whom your oaths have ratified a contract. So give them their portion. Surely, Allah watches over all things.

Both males and females inherit property from the parents and relations when they die under a system mentioned elsewhere in Quran. Quran/Islam/Muhammad take care of the males and females with affection.
[4:36]And if you fear a breach between them, then appoint an arbiter from his folk and an orbiter from her folk. If they (the arbiters) desire reconciliation, Allah will effect it between them. Surely, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.

If the temporary separation living in separate room in the same house or if one has more wives then for some days living in some other wife's house does not work. The next step is to have arbitration as mentioned in the verse .
The formation of the arbitration is equally defined in the verse to resolve the issue so that the children don't suffer.

[4:37]And worship Allah and associate naught with Him, and show kindness to parents, and to kindred, and orphans, and the needy, and to the neighbour that is a kinsman and the neighbour that is a stranger, and the companion by your side, and the wayfarer, and those whom your right hands possess. Surely, Allah loves not the proud and the boastful,

Everything is for both men and women equally in this verse also.
One should note here that the verse stresses men and women here to inculcate in their selves to be compassionate with everybody and not to be proud or boastful to anybody.

[4:38]Who are niggardly and enjoin people to be niggardly, and conceal that which Allah has given them of His bounty. And We have prepared for the disbelievers an humiliating punishment.

Everything is for both men and women equally in this verse also.
One should note here that the verse stresses men and women here to inculcate in their selves to be compassionate with everybody and not to be proud or boastful to anybody. Being conjugal partners they should not treat one another miserly and should be generous. That which G-d has given one of them should ,while living together, be enjoyed by the family.

Please look into the verses intently, they deal women and men equally and equitably. Right?
