Has anyone seen or live in one of these? It is actually an interesting idea! All metal exterior, weather proof, super sturdy (arch design), much cheaper than a brick house, and can be customized according to your imagination...

That is what insulation is for. With spray foam insulation, you can actually use a smaller AC/Heat pump than what is recommended based on square footage. Besides, with a lighter colored surface, heat gets reflected instead of absorbed.

Reminds me of A-frames; probably with same issues. Limited or problematic windows, oddly shaped second floor rooms.

Quonset huts have been around a long time. I think they've figured out the window problem.
In the 1st image I'm seeing what look like windows protruding on the left. In the third image there seems to be a porch on the right.
