if water is common in our solar system (and that is a reflection of the chemical make-up of the rest of the universe), it means the one of the compenents of (earth-like) life forms may also be common.

if you read the link, it also mentions that Pluto has blue skies. it means that somewhere out there is a little bit more earth like.

"Weather update: it's clear blue skies and a freezing -223 degrees celecius on Pluto today. In other news, Venus is a sizzling 467 degree celcius and Space exploration is hell!"

clarification on the skies, "Of course, if you were to somehow stand on Pluto and look up, the sky above your head would still look black. Pluto’s atmosphere is much too thin to actually fill in with scattered light. But at sunset and sunrise -- which, on Pluto, are about 3.2 Earth-days apart -- you might see the horizon illuminated by a lovely blue glow," which makes more sense considering how the image was shot.
