Officially a city dweller D:

That's it. After living all my life in the wild Savannah south west of France (okay, except for Mumbai) am officially moving near Paris this August !

It's the lastest new From a seemingly neverending string of good news professionally.

It's a bit frightening to me as I'll be working in a very rich area trying to teach very rich people 's kids aaaand... Am kinda not From this world at all. But hey, the place is super Nice, it's very green, tons of trees and 20 minutes From Paris, so hell, am so going to enjoy a lot of cultural things after being secluded in my village for so long ! (ALL THE MUSEUMS AAAAH)

Also yay for salary and being able to eat something else than flour.
Still completely broke but at least have means to pay rent now.

I wonder if city life is cool

Whatever, if you RF folks come for holidays around, let's go eat somewhere (but not snails and frogs, for the love of the holy cosmic kitten who would eat those?)

I tried escargot once.

Never again.
Frog legs on the other hand are pretty good
It's hard to starve an ol' hillbilly.

My fiance has a rather large 3 acre pond out back and one time I slew some
frogs and cooked up the legs which jumped out of the pan.
My fiance tossed me out of the house 'till I could at least act civilized.
Really?
