Judge denies FTC's preliminary injunction request in Microsoft buying Activision Blizzard

My comments: Not an easy case to decide at all, in my opinion. On the one hand, you can say that Microsoft buying up these large game studios and for their own advantanges is anti-competition.

On the other, Microsoft is in last place in the console race, and Sony is pretty much no better when it comes to the issues mentioned.

I feel that so far, the right decision is being made in court, though.

Considering Activisions track record of poor treatment of its employees and its psychopath CEO, I'm all for the acquisition by Microsoft.
