I don't think his existence is necessary.
Let's get rid of him.

This has been tried before.

Necessary for what?

I suppose God can be the answer to some of life's big questions like how did the universe come to be and how did life originate on ths planet ... and how dowe best love each other ... what happens 2 us when we die ... that kind of thing ...

Theen you are left with the question of how did God come to be ... which is a REAL mind-bender ...

Good luck finding the answers ...

Cheers

The age of Aquarius is said to be the age of Man.
A time when the darkness is being flooded with light.
A time of revealing.

It is good that we begin to grow up and leave the make believe God behind.
It is a time when we can begin to take responsibility for what we think.

The search for our source is paramount to who we are.
The journey is real.
We are living it day by day.

Who am I ?
Where did I come from ?
What am i doing here?

These questions do not go away because we declare God dead.
Once we declare the make believe God dead however, we can stop pretending we know the answers and start searching for the answers honestly.

When we stop pretending, we see that the answers are found within ourselves.
What is discovered by searching within for the answers to these questions is that we have had the answers all along.
There is no need to pretend.
We can search out the answer and decide for ourselves...
