One answered Canada, the other said Canada and France.

Well, considering so many Americans believe America is the only free country in existence, and that you must live in America--the greatest country on the planet/god's own personally hand picked country the is blessed with boundless blessings that no other nation receives--just in order to be free, this comes as no surprise.
