I will rather win with Darjeeling Oolong tea. That is also called Gopaldhara tea.
The one true tea is 'chai' but only if it's made with water buffalo milk and bought off a chaiwalla on the streets in India. What they call 'chai' in the West is dishwater.

Often that is a winning sweet dish, empowered to drive away lethargy. But I like delicate fragrance.
