In haven't eaten all day except for 2 cans of chicken broth-- I'm having a colonoscopy tomorrow morning.:(

I'm late with this, but you should watch this educational video....

LOL! But they missed the worst part of the procedure, namely the drinking of what seems to be gallons of a rot-gut liquid that could gag Godzilla-- probably similar to the beer you drink. :p

BTW, there were no polyps or any other problems, which seems to suggest that I'm darn near a perfect a**hole-- but then some here probably already knew that. :(

Had a satisfying, lazy meal last night. A great mixed green salad in the bowl, with cherry tomatoes, cheese, crumbled dried pepper bits, a little onion and thinly sliced, roasted turkey and drizzled with Newman's Own raspberry vinegarette, followed by a bubbling, thin, crisp crust cheese and pineapple pizza that was that crisp enough to hold by one hand and soft enough to bend. A little sweat-tea and water with lemon to wash it down.

We go out of our way to buy Newman's Own products as 100% of the profits go to charity.

Same here and I mostly prefer them to the alternatives.
