singularity again...and inertial crap

The thought of there ever having been a singularity,
is hilarious !
~
Everything exiting that singular point, in all possible directions,
with the same inertia,...... would keep going.
What's there to stop the inertial beginning thrust,
there would be nothing there to slow or stop the inertial motion.
There would be nothing in 'space', except nothingness to stop anything !
Why are galaxies colliding, why so many opposing directions ?
Is 'g-d' still there ?
~
That's, I think, if there ever was a 'god', died during the inflation,
or soon after.
No one here know's any truer imaginationary hyposisis.
~
anyway....why the collisions ???

Your questions are way above my pay grade.
But I notice that the universe is a complicated place.

Dual singularity, maybe? Or concentric singularities? Just noodling.

AND IT'S GAINING SPEED!!!!!

We're just slowing down.....
inertia dwindling....
flame going out...
returning to the quick.
~
We're going to 'bump' into something out there,
aren't we ?

Even though cosmologists use the word "singularity", within that singularity there's likely to be more than just one item, whatever they may be. Therefore, when expansion occurred, it was not entirely uniform and, as a matter of fact, one section of our universe is sort of flattened.

Also, after the expansion, sub-atomic particles and, later, objects would run into each other because of charges and gravitational forces. Also, there's a lot of questions about dark energy and dark matter to the point that they're more of a question than an answer.

Nay....recent observations indicate....the expansion is gaining speed.

I still question the references used.
That would have to be a pretty large yardstick !

That's why the name "big bang" was coined to ridicule the theory- then it became the dominant theory thanks to empirical findings and advances in physics.

Everything exiting that singular point, in all possible directions
If everything existed in a singular point, directions are impossible. This is related to the reasons why it is pointless to apply simplistic notions of space and time to the big bang.

with the same inertia
No intertia.

What's there to stop the inertial beginning thrust
Nothing did.
Why are galaxies colliding, why so many opposing directions ?
Because expansion entails the increasingly discretized elements of reality (starting with things like atoms and including things like comets, planets, stars, etc.). It also entails the extension of space for interactions of increasingly many distinct elements of the cosmos, giving us something like Brownian motion.
anyway....why the collisions ???
Simple physics.
