Is Homosexuality a illness? And how to heal?

Yet, EVERYONE is spending time disagreeing with you, telling youth you are incorrect. We're doing that, because You. Are. Wrong. and somebody needs to speak up in defense of a minority who is already grossly misunderstood.

if i'm wrong then you have nothing to worry about because i'm full of hot air. if i'm right then you must flee to the doghouse where there is flea powder.

Here's how it is supposed to work according to someone who knows:
That doesn't address my point. My point is that most homophobic parents believe that homosexuality isn't "how God made" them. That it's a choice that goes against nature. Similarly, these folks are also against transgender for the same reason. These folks don't need sex changes, they need to "pray the problem away." They believe God will "fix" them, if their faith is strong enough. Not a single one of them would right a wrong with another wrong.

If you're wrong, there's everything to worry about, because you're spreading misinformation that takes the focus off the real problem.

For the typical religious homophobe, transgender is "wronger" than homosexuality. To them, homosexuals have simply made "a wrong choice" that can be corrected. Transgenders have mutilated their bodies beyond correction. Most religious homophobes simply ignore that gay is "who one is," and that the person is being willfully sinful. To become trans (to them) means that one is denying "who one is," that is, for example, a male who wants to become female. They simply don't believe that one is "born in the wrong body." Therefore, to "put someone in the wrong body," in their reasoning, would be worse than simply to "allow" the gay person to "go on sinning."

no, not true. levitticus specifically denies gays any life. jerry falwell and anita bryant did not care about trans.

not true. the priests in vatican are said to flog themselves with great joy in pain for the love of jesus. trans are pain personified. gays are not.

the real problem is that you are so agitated.
So now the real colors come out. Really?! An ad hominem designed to get under my skin? Srrsly?! By posting this ad hominem, you've shown that the exact opposite has, in fact, happened. I've gotten under your skin. I'm not agitated in the least. Just sitting here calmly refuting your blather.

And you have proof that they didn't care? Of course they cared. the difference between then and now is that trans wasn't nearly so large on the radar, nor so readily accepted as it is now. it was more of a (excuse the term, friends) "freak show" than a real "problem" for the religious homophobe.

Trans doesn't have anything to do with self-mortification. Self-mortification is a religious ritual. Trans is not. Trans has nothing to do with "infliction of pain." In fact, it has everything to do with fixing pain -- the pain of living in the wrong body.

Aaaand we rapidly proceed to the "if-I-act-crazy-he-can't-argue-with-me" defense. God! It's so predictable. And it's puerile.
And it's not very good parody (and that is something I know rather a lot about :) )

Though with that last post, I'm starting to suspect he's intentionally trolling and doesn't mean anything he's posted at all.

oh no, i have devoted all this time to this work and given all my time to this work.
My default translation of that is "I've just realized that I've been comprehensively out-argued by everyone else, so now I'm writing flippant, sarcastic notes to try to make it seem like I didn't care rather than admitting I might have been wrong"

Baphomet has nothing to do with Catholicism (which is the religion of the Vatican priests who engage in self-mortification.)
