I don't remember her name, but she's done quite abit with video game voice acting. If I remember correctly, she voiced one of the characters in KOTOR (as did the guy who voiced Kaidan).

I think I may give TOS online a try on Linux. I read it works, although the setup is a bit complicated.

Well, maybe not. Without a trial to see if I can actually get it running, I'd hate to spend the money for a game a can't play.

I took me a bit to realise why I knew her voice. They also have familiar voices from Skyrim, the Dragon Age series and even Dumbledore!

Playing Tales of Symphonia on the PS3 with my husband, haven't played it in a long time. Loved the original GC version but it had issues with the multiplayer, but this version seems better, it's also got the sequel that I never played (though most people don't really like it, I still want to play at least once) plus I got it for cheap. So I couldn't resist getting it.
Anyway, looking forward to Tales of Zestiria, like the look of the story... Pre-ordered it for the PS4 (which my husband recently bought). Comes out in October though hence why I'm playing one of my favourites in the series... The best so far to me has been Vesperia. I love the main character, Yuri, who's an anti-hero. Plus the game is a visual feast to me.

I'm probably going to get to that after my current TOS binge.
It was kinda funny last night, a dragon appeared while I was near one of those places giants and mammoths like to hang out at, and the dragon apparently got too close to the mammoths because the giant stepped in and clobbered him, and killed the dragon faster than I have ever been able to.

I found a very pretty purple glowing tree in Skyrim tonight.
I also realized that I haven't found Umbra yet. I wonder if there are is a unicorn, or any other really cool stuff to find?

Well, after nearly two weeks, I've manged to finish the final mission on "Fate of the World", Dr Apocolypse. Just surviving till 2200 was a "win". After the amount of swearing and telling myself I'd just give up, I'm rather proud of myself.
So far having a global ban on coal works as it means the world economy crashes so oil doesn't peak until much later- avoiding the worst of the famines. So even after 6 billion people die, it's still surviviable.
This... is "winning".

This game sounds interesting. my only criticism is that it desperately needs a manual. Once I kind of accepted it was going to be a question of "let's try this..." it got a bit more bearable. it's still intresting just to see how it turns out. I'm getting "better" each time I play as but it is a very tight window before things start to go wrong (about 6 turns till 2050). in another 4 turns by 2070, you'll know whether it's over or not as the world decends into anarchy. the only reason I survived till 2200 was I turned Latin America into a lifeboat (it has very low coal dependence so 'survived' a global ban on coal without me doing that much) and I banned nuclear power (and something else) which stops a nuclear war later down the line. This would be a hard game even with a manual, but the fact it doesn't have one means the learning curve is very unforgiving.

After a few problems on Skyrim (the last one involving me killing someone who was in my house, being stopped by a guard, getting up to go do something and when I got back my game somehow loaded up the previous save point), I have switched to Fallout New Vegas because I haven't finished it yet.

I have to share this:
In Skyrim, I got around to building my house. I fast traveled to the Half-Moon Mill, and when I arrived, lo-and-behold, a dead dragon lay in front of it.
It makes me wonder how many other dragons spawned and were killed without me even knowing they spawned?
