Yeah, we were doing a favour by not inviting you, N. It started off pretty normal, just a few tethered goats, some candied gerbils, and a couple of cattle prods. But @MysticSang'ha turned up, and it got all weird. I swear, if I play one more game of 'Spin the Gimp', I'll vomit. Or at least, I bag NOT being the gimp next time.
Write all the manifestos you want. I've read all of the "Evil Overlord" rules and am perfectly ready to assume supreme rule and put all of you under my feet.

If you are talking about the late 2007 exodus of certain members,it was, as I mentioned earlier, mainly due to distrust toward the new owners from some members. @MysticSang'ha has also mentioned that some members felt like they had to choose sides, and that exacerbated the conflict. That's it in a nutshell, but there are obviously a lot of details, some of which I don't know because the conflict took place a few years before I joined RF.

I must say that it is extremely satisfying to see the positive feedback this thread has been getting. It took me a couple of nearly sleepless nights to compose, so I'm really glad it turned out well.
Appreciate the effort. Can't have the history of RF lost in the ether. When's RF: The Movie coming out?
We're waiting for someone to write the screenplay. Naykidape is on vacation, and no one else has his talent when it comes to writing screenplays and directing movies here.

I'm not known for my volatility -- just my irascible sarcasm and a-holian wit.
I mentioned Radio RF in the "Miscellaneous Facts" section.
Don't know how i missed that.
How about an addendum to the history listing all staff members, the date they joined RF, the date they became a mod (so we can see who is a fast mover) and one thing people say about them behind their backs (to avoid a rule invocation).
As far as I'm concerned, Iti oj is a great person, a wonderful new parent and one who always acts carefully and with compassion here in the best interest of the forum and according to the wise guidance set down by the sacred rules that we all uphold.
You might be right. I should've brought goats for everyone, or at least shared.
