The true meaning of the Great Commandment

Conceivia

Working to save mankind
The Great Commandment is to love God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind. In theory, God is made up of all life on Earth, so if we substitute "all life on Earth" for "God", then the Great Commandment takes on a very logical meaning.

You have to have your priorities straight. What is the most important thing to you, what do you put above all else? Do you put your self, or your family above all else? Or do you put "all life on Earth" above all else?

We have been warned that Judgment Day will come. We have been given a solution to prevent Judgment Day.

The stakes are extremely high. Life or death for all of mankind.

You can choose your own comforts, luxury, and wealth. You can choose to save money for your families future, for your children's education, for your retirement, for your own security. All those things are showing your priority is not "all life on Earth", but rather your priority is yourself and your family.

Your other option, is you can choose to live without as much of those comforts, luxuries, and wealth as you can stand. You can choose not to save money for your families future, for your children's education, or for your retirement. You can choose to invest as much of your time and money as you can spare in ending poverty and bringing about World Peace.

Which choice will make you more happy? Which choice is truly better for you and your family? You can choose life or you can choose death. It is really up to you.

There's lots of people out there who think they can create a new system of society and make things better for mankind, without God's help. They laugh at the idea of God all together.

I think there must people people out there who believe in seeking God's wisdom on this. God knows how we can end poverty and create World Peace. God knows how we, the meek, can inherit the Earth. So I'm looking for those people who will join with me on this, and help God's plan bring about Heaven on Earth.

Helping each other is the key. We need to setup a new framework of collaboration, which will allow the poor to work and produce income and free themselves from the slavery our current system creates.

I know 99% of the people will not believe in any new idea, and my idea for ending poverty and creating World Peace is no exception.

What I really want with this thread, is to talk about the need to have the priority of putting the collective of all life on Earth first, before yourself, your family, your nation, etc.

Even Yeshua knew he couldn't end poverty and bring about world peace. The 'Great Commandment' (IMO) is aim at an internal awareness as opposed to an external existence. Life is an illusion; how we react to life is the only reality.

Yeshua or Jesus was not sent to bring Peace. As he said "I come not to bring peace but a sword".

In fact, Jacob or Israel prophecied that Jesus would not be the peace maker. He stated that the tribe of Judah (Jesus) would reign until the peace maker comes. So the peace maker will pretty much end Christianity as we know it, along with all other religions of course.

Tumah, the other post was responding to you. The one that says "To follow the true God, one can study any and all religions, or even none at all. "

I agree.. God Is Life. How you defined God below is different than a pantheistic and probably panthentheistic world view that you kinda defined above.

Do you put your self, or your family above all else? Or do you put "all life on Earth" above all else?

From my world view/pantheistic thought is that self, family, and All make up God "all life on earth." You cant put God over anyone or anything because a part from "him", we do not exist. How do you prioritize when God, when God IS Life itself?

That is the thing, we are a part of God and He us. When we help others that is God. He is not external from life. So how can one ask God for help? To do this, they take advantage of the inner and outer support from people to knowledge. How can one ask God for help when God is right here?

If we understand that we are God. (A collective life; life itself) we will stop trying to look outside ourselves (say seeing pass what used to be Pluto) and look where we are now.

God is the collective of all life, where we are individuals. A bee or ant colony is a living entity. The colony is a god to the bees and ants. Bees and ants are willing to die for their colony, which shows they put it above themselves. The colony takes higher priority than their own lives.

Likewise, we people are supposed to put the collective of all life on Earth, and also the collective of mankind above our own lives. We are supposed to be willing to die for it, and make extreme sacrifices for it, without question.

By the way, ants are mentioned in two places in the Bible, both saying we would be wise to consider their ways.

All life is equal to each other. So we help each other out in the respect we are not selfish. However, we cant put someone else over us when we are equal. When you put someone over you, you are saying their life is more important than mine. While we do thi gs for each other, their life is just as important as our own. Hence, collective, as a whole."
