Veda people never lived in Arctic. Did they?

Vannakkam,

No, it's not. It's truth and the answer to your question. Proof is, how does so many cultures around the world that never met all had the same kind of legends about dragons, or fire spitting snake/lizards ? The reptilian war, that's the answer.
Even today they are among us, true purpose of Veda is to warn us in coded language in case of their return.

Oh, you mean Islam by truthful religion I guess ?

Sahih al-Bukhari Book 54 Hadith 527:
The Prophet said, "Kill the snake with two white lines on its back, for it blinds the on-looker and causes abortion."

Ever wondered what the "snake with two white lines on his back" is ? Or... Who ? It's talking about Veezara shadow scales, one of the most famous reptilian commander. He was fortunately killed during the war that veda people fought and told about.

I see you lack the full understanding of a lot of books, including the truthful ones

Vanakkam,

You will find a lot of mentions to those beings in Rig, Atharva and Yajur veda, even about their queen, the blessed Sarpa Rajini, still today worshipped as Manasa Devi.

Their mentionning are manifold in all Hindu holy books.

But since you are so knowledgeable about vedas and since you have read entire Yajur Veda with such diligence and deep understanding, you should be fine seeking those truths and quotes by yourself, right ? Right ?

Vanakkam,

No, it's the truth. Have you read Yajur veda for real, yes or no ? Have you understood it ? Yes or no ?

Maybe you should read it again, just to be sure.

Who knows ? It may make you busy enough to stop being annoying, dishonest and evasive.

I told you there is a lot of mentions of them in Rig, Yajur and Atharva ved in the form of snakes and lizards supernatural beings and gods, you should check and read between the lines or something.

I wrote a post in another thread which is given below for its connection here:
3 minutes ago#203

QUOTE="Sw. Vandana Jyothi, post: 4898816, member: 59618"]Maybe too much ice and snow up top? Anyway, again and again one of the points that paarsurreyji is refusing to hear or reflect upon but which has been interwoven throughout many of the answers provided by members making the attempt at thawing things out--not only here but in other so-called Veda posts he initiated--is the use of metaphor, simile and the like in Vedic/Hindu texts to give concept and context to the teachings. A teacher starts with the known (war) to help a student get to the unknown. An example I often use, particularly with reference to one of Islam's teachings, is the admonishment to "kill the infidel." Neither God nor His prophet(s) (pbu all of them) would tell His followers to go out and indiscriminately kill His children. Most assuredly, God is telling us to kill the infidel within ourselves, our egos, our ignorance, our stubbornly cold and closed minds clinging to avidya. Most assuredly, this is Truth.[/QUOTE]

"ice and now" reminds me that if the Veda People would have ever liven in the Arctic,Veda would have frequently mentioned of ice and snow and flora and fauna, the animals and the birds specific there. I don't think it is as such.
Just to mention, I don't subscribe to any particular theory as to where Veda People lived, migrated and invaded unless it is proved from the Veda itself. Let Veda speak and give the "knowledge", if any, if has its name from. Please

Regards

It is of course difficult to have any specific answers about such ancient happenings. But how much doubt can there be that there were many people in India at the time, and that they had some degree of hostility and conflict along the (many) years?
Apart from rivalry between small kingdoms, there was never any great war that we know of. There was no emperor in India till the Nanda empire. They replaced the Shishunaga rulers, another short-lived kingdom which ruled for 68 years. The Pala empire lasted some 24 years, before it was replaced by Maurya Empire of Chandragupta in 321 BC. All king references before that are mythological.

Shishunagas, Nandas and Mauryas.

The truthful religion does not mention them.
Does the truthful religion not mention angels, Iblis and jinns? Jinns could take any form. And does the truthful religion not mention Mohammad's flight to heaven on a white beast, where he met the prophets including Moses and Jesus? Does the truthful religion not mention that Mohammad was afflicted by black magic for six months and did not know whether he had sex or not? Paarsurrey, I know the truth of the truthful religion. You need not remind me of that.

I thought this thread was about the Vedas, not your 'truthful religion'. Please make up your mind, or stop this proselytizing about 'truthful' religion.

That comment pertained to the part that I have colored in magenta, of the following post :

Islam is Truthful religion, that doesn't mean other revealed religions and their scriptures were not truthful, they were sure truthful in their origin when they were revealed by Brahman, however, one has to see through their scriptures for the truth due to additions made in them by the narrators/priests/scribes. It is for this that Veda was one in origin that have been made into several volumes now.
Veda believers and Quran believers have lived together for many centuries, I think they both have a very close and strong association since the times Muslims first came to Kerala, India peacefully, in the times of Muhammad, as is said.

Please answer Kirran's question this time, Paarsurrey, and not avoid it. Which religion is the truthful religion? (I honestly don't expect you to answer though. Something about past experience on your many threads, alas!) But hey, maybe you'll surprise us.

Can we boycott all his threads until he answers? This could be a re-usable strategy, although he might just go full echo chamber.

Easier said than done. Ignorance is like a vacuum. Where it exists you can fill it with the greatest nonsense and, sadly, there are those who will accept the nonsense as fact.

Those of us who are not Muslims, be we Jews, Hindus, Christians, Buddhists or whatever, have watched as Paar time and again has trashed our sacred literature, our beliefs, our histories, all the while trying to convey the image of himself as a humble, honest, loving and respectful seeker of truth.

Much as we endeavor to let him rant without comment, time after time he spouts something so outrageous or hateful that our resolve weakens and we respond lest a lack of response leads someone to actually believe what he is saying.

A very good point. If it's to be used, it'll need to be done very selectively.

As for that image - it will be as rare an individual who buys that as who takes his nonsense as fact.

May I say, RabbiO, that you're one of my favourite RF people.
