Friends, Each moment is new. The task is to be PRESENT which is being CONCIOUS.
As soon as the mind takes over the moment is lost as the mind always takes or gives the picture of the PAST or the FUTURE which are non existent. Anyone with doubts here? Just look at a CHILD. he/she is always present and so they are with nature which is god. But as the child grows up he/she is made by others to utilise the mind more and more and slowly is taken over by the mind and so gets thrown away from the garden of eden [nature]. So, we are all born enlightened but it only needs a Realistaion of the situation and then rediscover the garden. be child like again. Be natural. Be always present. Love & rgds |

Friends,
When one is present then the person is in a balanced state where he he is not swayed by the mind to take sides nor is there any sort of emotinal sways like amazement, or excitement etc.etc. Frankly speaking A person in the HERE-NOw is one with nature and so the mind /ego or the HIM that one actually knows is absent. Salutations! Love & rgds |
