Hello
I'm new to this and still trying to figure out how it all works. I am 56 years old and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormon). When I was young, my mother wanted to find a church for the family, as she was somewhat of a spiritual person. We attended many faiths as a family, but nothing seemed right to her. She was searching for truth. One day Mormon missionaries came by the house. My mother had avoided them in the past, but for some reason decided to talk with them. After participating in several discussions with them, she concluded this was the answer she had been seeking all her life. She was mostly impressed with the churches view on our existence before this life, purpose of this life and possibilities in the life after this one. She was also impressed with many other facits of the church. I love to talk religion and look forward to sharing thoughts with many of you in a non-threatening way.
