Nice to meet you. I'm fairly new and still trying to figure some things out.
One question I have for anyone is what's the difference between "post reply" and "quick reply"? |

quote, post reply and quick reply are all ways to reply in a thread. "Quick reply" lets you just start typing in the box provided, but has slightly fewer editing options. It will probably do most of the time, except when you want to "quote" which adds the post you're replying to, and then you start typing your response. This is a courtesy to anyone trying to follow the conversation. Later, when you get proficient, you can start breaking up the part you're quoting into bits and typing your answers to each bit, which is even better, but requires some code. (Ask me if you want to know.) Finally, "post reply" is for when you need to get fancier, and you can probably get by without it for a few weeks till you get more comfortable.
