Hi everyone,my first post so here goes,i am 52 years old,i went to a ce school from the age of 5 plus sunday school i am not a regular church goer and dont have any intention to do so.I believe that relion is just a form of control like the people who really run ran,the council of experts i think they are called.I think think the followers of islam are where we were 500 years ago with christianity, a kind of blind faith.
Anyway thats me what do you think,is there any way forward for religion whepeople of all races and religions manipulate the written word to suit.

I think I am the only other Cof E here. Though there are episcopalians which is the same faith.

Lets take the Ayatollah honemi for example ,obviously i am not painting all muslims with the same brush,he was just an old man but could incite iran and control it by his interpretation of the scriptures.And the british council of muslims who are far removed from the ayatollah still have the ability to control british muslims ju as the pope has the power to control catholics so you see its all about control just as a political party will have a list of things it says it will do if they get in power and then obviously control the populace.
