Hi. My name is Ryan Scheffer. I'm 24 years old. I was raised Christian and attended the Church of Christ as a child. I lost faith in God a long time ago. As a teenager, I attended Harvest Church and several Harvest Crusades. This was most certainly not for me. They offered to "save" me without offering any actual knowledge of the religion, and I just didn't like that. I have recently decided that I would like to start going to church again and I am hoping that this forum will be helpful in finding the right one for me.

Welcome to the forum. Searching for Christianity or any other religion is a tough road. Try looking in the New Testament (particularly the 4 gospels) instead of crusades or Churches for answers. Or you can try religious writings in other religions for answers to find what suits you.
