A dear atheist friend of mine, half mentioned this site to me earlier today, and I thought i might check it out.

For some background. I am a 19 Year old Anglican Christian. I live in the midwestern United States and I am Conservative but not closed minded. I can disagree with you without hating you.

I may or may not stay, but I'll look around a bit before I decide.

Well, that's a start, but you use the word "hate" which surprises me, because hate is a bit extreme. In my book, tolerance and acceptance that others have a complete right to believe in wghat they chose to believe in is nearer the mark.
