My name is Terry. I wanted to introduce myself. I'm in search of something meaninful maybe sprituality I don't know what. Right now I don't beleive in God and I wish I could. Maybe I could change my mind the more I learn. What do you suggest? Which part of the forums do you think I would find most meaning ful? Thank you.

Remember that it's your choice, whether or not you place your faith in the existence of a deity, and it's your choice how you wish to view the nature and character of that deity. There is no "right answer" regarding the question of "God". And there is no proof of God that we can find to tell us what to believe. The issue of the existence of God, at least for we limited human beings, rests on the power of our imagination and on the willingness of our faith, because we simply do not have the knowledge or sensual capacity to verify the actuality of the infinite ideal that most of us refer to as "God".

Hi, Terry. Welcome to RF. I hope you'll enjoy yourself here; it's a great site. I'm not sure that participation on a forum such as this is really going to help you to believe in God, but I suppose that if you're even open to the possibility that he does, you could share some of the thoughts you have about what He/She might be like. You could possibly explain to us some of what you would like to believe about Him/Her. What are some of the ways in which you feel belief in a Higher Power could benefit you? If you were to do that, we could probably point you towards a couple of different religions that might work for you.

Perhaps you might look at the specific religious discussion and debate forums, such as the LDS or Abrahamic religions, and, of course, Christianity. I hope this will help you on your search.
