To answer the question, I'm a 'Laveyan' Satanist.
I'm not sure what you mean by Theistic Satanist, I assume you mean Lucifarian or, possibly, Devil-Worshipper. Although, I find it strange to see them under LHP, I always thought a 'Theistic' Satanist would basically be an Abramic religion...

thats a very interesting point really. abrahamic that is--- the only thing that doesnt fit, is that most abrahamic religions and subgroups dont consider Lucifer/Satan to be Gods opposite equivelant--I personally consider Satan to be a lower caste (in comparison) created being--but i dont hold the view that satan is constantly in rebellion against G-d, rather Satan is here for a purpose and indeed holds the title of "god of this world".
