Good day and metta to all present! This is my first posting here....I hope we are all going to be both student and teacher to each other!
I am 46 years old and live in Lousiana...I have been a practicing buddhist and student of various forms of buddhism for approximately 30
years now.....a very nice first step or two! My primary direction has been within the framework of zen, but have also spent anumber of years working within the vajrayana as well.I hope to be able to share my thoughts will all of you...and hope that you will do the same....until later.....
