Hi, my name is Josh and I recently joined in hopes of being able to debate some Trinitarians and the their doctrine and the doctrine of Oneness.
I am a Oneness Pentecostal and I would like to challenge a Trinitarian to a debate. How would I do this. I know there is a one of one debate forum but how do I find someone to challenge? |

What are those that I see by your name under ITEMS, FRUBALS, and AWARDS. How are those obtained?

awards are granted to members by member for certain commitments (for instance, i got a "humor" award for my commitment to humor.... talk about irony
)RF has a form of coinage, which you gain by posting, lottery (see e-store menu) and donations from other members.... you can use this coinage to buy items Frubals are our very own special feature, you can both give and recieve "Karma" for posts, and leave a mini message ..... you will discover the joys of frubals as you settle here ![]() edit: if you click "user CP" in your browser bar at the top of the page, you will see a mini message, because i just gave you some frubals ![]()

Namaste and welcome!
Where you should seek such a debate really depends on what type of debate you wish to have. If you're wanting to have debate with people of your faith, then we have the 'same faith debate' area. If you wish to have a debate about scripture, there's a Biblical debate area. If you simply wish to debate with people who're wanting to debate, there's always the rather broad 'general religious debates' area, too. Also, if you find someone who'd like to have a one-on one debate with you, we've an area for that as well. (Well, you can always just post the topic you'd like to debate, and wait for another person to take the 'opposing' side, too.)Mike was good enough to go ahead and explain most of the coins and such, but here's a newer members guide just in case it might help!

A christian who believs in One God, baptizing in Jesus name, believe speaking in tongues in the evidence of speaking in tongues, and living a holy and seperate life.
Feathersinhair, I would just like to debate a trinitarian on how there is only one God. Should I just start a thread in the One on One forum? But I understand from the rules thats its a organized debate. Do I need to talk to a moderator or someone before I post? Or do I just start a thread explaining my veiws and go from there? I want to do a one on one debate.
