i consider myself wiccan but as i went to a school ran by nuns and my mum is catholic i have experience of other religions. i believe in compassion to all living things- which also tends to be quite buddhist (did evening classes)
but i mainly believe in situation ethics which was developed in 1960 by joseph fletcher who says there should only be one universal rule when it comes to making descions (each situation different) and living your life which is "what is the most loving thing to do" i love that as it is so flexible and not everyone in the world will know who jesus is or muhammad but everyone knows what love is. well thats me in a nutshell , oh and i am 18 years old female love philosophy and ethics and very easy to get along with :P |
