Sure. You pretty much just click on links and stuff, and when you see a topic that interests you, you can reply. Anything specific you need to know? (I suck at just starting out and telling people stuff, without general direction...)

2 big things when chatting on the internet:
1) Use appropriate language. On RF that would be proper sentences, spelt correctly. Elsewhere it might be more appropriate to use leet or internet slang. 2) Remember tone is not conveyed very well so avoid sarcasm and use emotions (or smilies) to express your feelings such as wehn you are joking etc. Other than that just read the forum rules and make sure you stick to them since some forums are stricter than others and it might get you banned if you don't. Have a good time here!
