1. Great Name! CS Lewis is a pretty smart guy.

2. Frubals are like positive karma/feedback that people give you when you write something delightful or of note.

If that doesn't answer your questions, though, we're always happy to try to help! Is it mostly frubals that you're curious about, or more the nature of the website? If it's the latter, it's a discussion forum, primarily focused on religion, that not only has lively debates going on (almost constantly) but also has a great discussion section, and what I think is a wonderful community.
