Just popping in to say hello. I'm an American practitioner of Therevada Buddhism, in the Thai tradition.

I run a site called Midwest Meditation that is designed to help westerners overcome their ignorance and fear of what Buddhism actually is.

Hopefully I can help anybody who may have questions about buddhism. Feel free to use me if you need me

Of course I'll try to answer any questions that come up, since that's part of my practice I strive hard to dispel a lot of the fallacies that accompany buddhism in the west. People have the strangest misconceptions about what buddhism actually is, and what it isn't. As the buddha taught, all misconceptions are based on fear.

The internet is a wonderful medium for communication. We live in an amazing time, to be able to communicate instantly with anyone on the entire planet. What a fantastic tool!
