Hello Everyone (tradition, soul, myths, pagan, worship)

Am I new to ReligiousFourms.com? Oh yes I am. I didn't even bother to read around before signing up! lol I'm not new to fourms like this one. I enjoy a good converstaion or even a debate every so often. I'm going to take my time, going over and reading back posts. That should keep me busy for a while. hehe

Ok, my little bio. I'm 28, female and married. My primary religious intrests are all over the place. I like to explore religions and religous concepts. My personal religious path is Eclectic Pagan. I've been such for; what...nine years now. I'm well versed in Christianty as I was raised such and I'm currently exploring Hindu texts and am awaiting the arivial of a Quran that I just ordered.

I have more hobbies than I have time. I am a slective collector and my collections include, cookbooks, gardening books, herbal books, surivialist infomation and various other odd ball items like Camel Joe Matchbooks, featuring that zany smoking camel. I sware it's the art that got me collecting those. lol I like to crochet and have made a few items. Still need to work on that.

I hope this gives everyone a glimps of who I am, if not just ask.

lol This is new. I've never been asked this before.
So just what do I worship, hmm. Hope you're ready for a long answer.

I've yet to find any one religion who worships the same deity/s as I do. So I have a single discription for them, "The Lord of Love." Now I know there will be a few who say that this is their god but I have tended to disagree. I have a deep and personal relationship with them and I haven't found a single soul yet who matches the way I feel so far.

As to the more traditional deites, I honor a slecte few. Gaia, who is my mother. She is a bit of an engnima to me at times. She isn't so much a classical goddess or even the Lovelock theroy but more of a personal goddess that I understand by that name. Pela, who is my sister and at times my alter-ego. I love to read about her and her various myths. I don't exally honor her as there is only one way I know of to do that, but I hold her fondly in my thoughts. She, to me, is a classical female in all her glory. I also honor Shiva. He is at the moment a new addition. I view him as an aspect of the orginal createtrix. I am looking very excitely foward to learning more about his myths and stories.

None of these Gods and Goddess, replace for me "The Lord of Love." That deity is prime.
