Where are the rules?
I've been here for a few days, and I have some questions.
What are frubals, and where do you get them?  Where are the rules that explain how the site works with the abovementioned frubals, the ribbons, etc.? I looked all over, but all I ever get are pages that tell me I don't have enough points.  I'm not that concerned, but it would be nice to know how things worked.Thanks in advance!
