Depends on which ones! I like apples, though sometimes I use just plain water. (I put it out in the full moon before placing it on an altar.)

i use red wine and plain biscuits inritual, and cast half to the ground outside as an offering - but any offering is a personal giving, there are no "right"s and "wrong"s
