And that God warrior one, were she ripped up the letter and refused the money, I like at the end how they stated that after further consideration, she decided to keep the money.

The thing that bothered me most about that one was how the pagan wife gave her husband the cold shoulder when she returned. It wasn't cool.

Yeah, seems Turk beat me to it, but I was going to mention that reversed one on Trading Spouses. That "Christian" woman kept ranting about the "dark side" and screamed at the top of her lungs and stuff. The pagan husband would just look at her like she was crazy and try to talk her down at times. It was funny though when she tore up that letter. Her family was just in shock. Her family didn't seem to have any problem really with the pagan woman. Yes, for entertainment value, but as mentioned before, it doesn't do much to further some people's understanding of certain religions. Enough is known about Christianity to know that that "god warrior" is not the norm, but Wicca is still unheard of to many people and a lot have no idea what it is. I just hope that most people know that just like the "god warrior" isn't the ideal Christian...nor was "the wiccan goddess" the ideal Wiccan. And this thread made me realize that a lot more people watch these shows than I knew. I'm not a sick freak for watching them! Either that...or we all are. ![]()

I watched this, too. I felt really bad about doing so, though. This was one of two episodes I've seen where the swapping is 'based' upon the extremism of the beliefs of one of the family, and the other one was a 'non-traditional' religion, as well. That's kind of annoying.

I actually kind of liked the broom rides they showed. It was like guided meditation, with a concrete object to focus on.
