Hello my fellow UU's and others,
Today is once again my week to present the Sunday morning Service at the UU Fellowship of Galveston County... and as I know some of you like to read them, I thought I would share the links to where copies of it can be found. This Service is entitled "The Religion of Science: The Religious Thought of Albert Einstien". It is an exploration of Al's efforts to heal the breach between Science and Religion, which he felt was damaging both. It also is an exploration of a new stage in religious thought that he felt was coming, which might seem quite familiar to many of us UU's... And Buddhists for that matter. As always, I welcome comment... these services are given more than once, and so constructive criticism helps me make them better for the next poor group of souls trapped with me on a Sunday morning.... For the text of just the "Sermon" section, please visit the following link at Celestial Lands http://dynamicdeism.org/tpst/viewtopic.php?p=202#202 For the "Full Service Version" which includes the Readings, Opening and Closing quotes, and Hymn selections, please visit the link at Dynamic Deism http://dynamicdeism.org/forum/phpBB2...hp?p=5256#5256 YoUUrs in Faith, David |

That was beautiful David, and (if I may) I would like to 'borrow parts from which we can debate here; there are a couple of statements made by Einstein that I don't altogether see as being a complete 'perspective, and I'd like to pass them by the forum. Great reading, once again, thank you.

Borrow away you all.... Borrow away!
In fact, a week or so after I gave that sermon, I ran into ole Al hanging around at the American Museum of Science and Energy, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.... He said it was ok for me to borrow, so I guess you all can do the same! Yours in faith, David |
