I must admit I have missed all of Season Four (the final season) episodes thus far due to negligence of TV, can anyone summarize what's happened up to date in BSG Season 4? Please? Pretty please?

I only recently started watching the current season. I've never watched any before, so I'm still trying to figure out what is going on. I'd like to get earlier seasons and watch them, but that probalby won't happen anytime soon.
The overuse of the whole "frak" thing gets really annoying, BTW.
