Peace be upon you!
Razzaq (the Provider) is a word which is only used for God and not for anyone else. He provides for all His creation covertly and overtly. Rizq means the provision which is continually granted whether in this world or in Hereafter and it also means food, nourishment, rainfall and all beneficial things. Allah says in holy Quran: And there is no creature that moves on the earth but it is for Allah to provide it with sustenance. And He knows it place of temporary living and permanent living. All this is recorded in clear Book. [ch 11, v 7] God provides provision for mankind it includes sustenace for Hereafater. According to Ahmadiyya muslim caliph, basis for that sustenace is sprituality and good work in this life. Rainfall also is a form of sustenance. In spiritual terms, prophets of God are like rainfall who coming make the spiritual deads alive. These days world is feeling food shortage. Advanced or developing countries need to come back to God as He is the real provider. Last edited by DawudTalut; 06-09-2008 at 08:20 PM. |
