A complete false.
Life has an objective to continue; see nature. Quote:

Even as the self is last in line when a choice is upon the front, no where in all forms of understanding will complete enlightenment become real without comprehending the experience. True enlightnement is when an experience is recognized and then understood. Then a person is enlightened to the cause. |

I think prayer plays an important role in our spiritual growth but it is NOT the only reason for our creation. I personally believe that God created us to know Him through his prophets, to love and worship Him and to reflect His attributes (such as love, kindness, patience, honesty, peacefulness, compassion, etc) that are latent within our souls. A great educator once said; “the divinity of God which is the sum of all perfections reflects itself in the reality of man”.
True happiness in my opinion is spiritual happiness. It is the joy we feel when we selflessly help another human being or when we practice forgiveness, generosity, love or other virtues. In other words, we are here to love God and love one another. To serve God through serving the human race, and spend our lives in growing our souls. A practical way of doing this is to start and end our days with the Words of God. If we believe in meditation, maybe spend some quite time in the morning meditating on the Name of God (which can vary depending on our belief system). And as we go about our day, try to have our purpose (reflecting the Divine attributes) in the back of our minds. This means to be patient with people we encounter in the course of the day, to be responsible, respectful, loving, and so forth. At the end of the day bring ourselves to account as if we were standing in God’s presence. People who have had a near-death experience talk about going through a life review, where they remember all the good and bad things they have done in the course of their lives. All the great religions talk about the same idea which they call “judgment”. I believe that before the time comes when we end our physical journey on earth and move on to the afterlife where we have to stand before God, it would be a good practice to start by being conscious of the things we do in the course of the day and how we affect others whose paths we cross. |

I would say that the objective of life is to simply live. There are some who experience life as worshiping God, and other who simply experience it as an observation.
But if we are to define "life," the objective of "life" is to "live."

Or 5 beers, which leaves one for the needy. That's more than 10% so it's over and above the whole "tithes" idea.
It can also be applied to things besides beer, still works.

Friend Bishadi,
Thank you for atleast reading and trying to understand that. As you are right about experiencing and understanding and so mentioned that Objectives are like necessary evil but that too till the self is realised. Rgdas Religious ideas being EASTERN / WESTERN; have no idea like that; as only in totality of both does it becomes complete. Quote:
It means there exists a Distinction between the Observer and the Observed and IT is only when the Observer and the Observed becomes ONE does is truly Enlightened. So, one should start by looking at the SELf i.e. inwards as the whole existence is replicated in each atom and the hole existence is visible while travelling inwards too. Rgds[ QUOTE]These types of eastern ideas do have a sense to them; to remove the self as priority but unless you take a few items of self to the front, you may soil your shorts or go hungry from not getting off your b-hind.[/quote] You are right; one does have to to take a few items of the self up front but that is only limited to keeping / preseving the very body one has been given by Nature in shape till possible; as in any case the body will waer out and one will get a new one thereafter.
