No I would not regret learning all I can about all religions and will never stop looking for truth by any means. I believe this is what God wants of us rather than to blindly accept what others say is correct.

Excellent verse,God knows the heart and our works ,but it's not so much about what works we do to our fellow man,as our sins are against God first, not our fellow man.
2Cr 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
I mean if you broke the law and ended up standing before the judge who excutes justice,he says guilty ,would you see an logical reason to turn and tell him,your honour but I help my fellow man and feed the poor,clothe the naked.
He will say that is good but justice must be served

God would know exactly why i didn't believe, and He would know that forcing myself to follow a religion i don't believe in would be pointless. He would understand all my thoughts and reasons for believing what i do and if his decision is punishment, then so be it. Hey Roli, this is a very loaded question - you are asking us to assume that what we think and believe is wrong, and then give an acount of why we followed those thoughts and beliefs - if i didn't agree with what i thnk and believe, i would have changed them. so quite simply, if i did find myself before the Christian God, i would be polite, but i would not excuse myself for my beliefs and actions in this life, as i think i have been a genrally moral person.

Sounds to me like you have found on your own exactly what Christ tried so hard to teach.

Too many think that being able to quote the bible is what really matters instead of understanding and adopting it's meaning.

IF i stnad before God, I will know love and be part of it.

If i dont stand before God i will be full of hate and far from God, so far and deep in hate that I will hold not a second to stop hating and consider the actions that placed me where I am.

If it turns out in the end that I am wrong, then I'm sure that god would already know why I choose not to be a Christian, and I will not regret my choices, spiritual or otherwise that brought me peace and happiness. And, frankly, if god is not satisfied with that, then I am not interested in spending eternity singing his praises.
