Default Need for a fresh word from God...
My thread Christian: The Need for a Fresh Word from God has caught some attention from followers of other religions.

I put in in same-faith debates because insights from followers of other religions are de facto speaking from a point of view that would exclude specific Christian problems which could hinder reception of God's voice, like dogmatic adherence to Church and Scripture, for example.

Do we need a fresh word from God?

Nope, sorry. I've got too much to do now.

EDIT: By the way, I don't mess with LDS theology anymore. Too slippery for me to identify in the first place and then to compare it to something else is just not worth whatever energy I put into it.

Christians at the start of the thread,
God Almighty already sent a fresh word after Jesus Christ, 1400 years ago.
This was prophesied in the Gospel of John, and other places but Johns Gospel
is really clear and irrefutable.

I've bowed out of discussing LDS theology, and if you read the original thread I made a comment in passing about LDS and refused to debate it there as well. Perhaps you'll remember this ...
