i would have PM'ed you, but i would rather ask here so everyone else can benefit. Yesterday you quoted the student asking why we meditate and the teacher gave the example of the ripples in the water etc. This thread seems to have been erased (as far as i know), could you please tell me where you got that? That was very inspiring and i hope everyone here can glean it's wisdom. Many Thanks!
